A brilliant place thanks to John and Kelly always there to help you lovely part of the countryside Hotel highlights. Quiet, Great value Ian Wade - July 2025
Lovely people who booked with us on the phone and greeted us at site. A very lovely and well kept site with a cute little fishing lake in the center. Fishing is only £5 per day dusk till dawn and there is a very peaceful vibe across the whole site. Toilets and showers were nice and clean couldn’t complain about anything there if we tried, we will recommend and return. Jesse-Ann Abbott - June 2025
Great place to visit! We stayed in the Kingfisher Lodge last weekend and it was immaculate, received a warm welcome from site manager John and was there to help if ever needed. Had entertainment on an evening and with a beautiful view of the lake. Overall, was a really nice weekend away, would just recommend having some screens put around the hot tub area as it was quite open and wasn’t very private! Kate Louise - June 2025
Stunning location for peace and quiet. We stayed in Kingfisher lodge for 1 week and it was a spacious extremely clean lodge. We enjoyed the fishing on site and relaxing in the hot tub. Lodge very well equipped for self-catering. We didn't want to leave as had a lovely time. Suzanne Stack - June 2025
We stayed over Easter, our second visit to this fantastic park! Park Manager John provides a warm and friendly welcome, with all the info you need for your stay. We were in a roof tent and had a hard standing pitch. Location is fantastic, lots of ducks around and the place is so peaceful. Lots of room to walk dogs (on leads) around the grounds. Fabulous pub food a 5 min drive away, or a longer walk - The Bottle & Glass I think it was called. Really dog friendly, lots of families there too. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back. Nearby activities: Lovely pub with activities for kids in the beer garden Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly. Lisa Aitken - June 2025
We stayed in the Heron lodge this weekend and it was an amazing experience. I could not fault the lodge at all it was beautiful, clean, so spacious and had everything you need. The area itself was so well looked after and the staff were so helpful. Getting to the Lincoln centre was easy booking through uber which was great. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back. Millie - February 2025
Stayed in the Mallard for a three night stay with our dog for Valentine’s weekend, the two bedroomed lodge had plenty of storage and everything we needed for a relaxing retreat. No shops nearby so we brought most of the food we needed for our stay, the kitchen in the lodge had everything we needed plus a dishwasher. We drove into Lincoln for some retail shopping and sightseeing and had lunch in one of the many lovely pubs in the city which allow dogs. The Camp site is kept clean and tidy and had lovely walks for us and our dog, having breakfast looking over the lake in the morning is just what we needed. Tony P - February 2025
Wanted a quiet getaway for New Year for a couple of nights and this place was perfect. Perfectly situated in a quiet location between Newark and Lincoln so plenty to do and see with a short drive. Warm welcome on arrival. The Glamping Pod had everything we needed (stayed in many). Beautifully built, well insulated and secure. There's a small fridge to keep you milk, wine and essentials cold. Couple of plug sockets for the kettle(supplied) and to charge your phone. The Sofa Bed is very comfortable and folds down very easily. There's also a table and 2 chairs to have your morning beverage and a nibble to eat. The site itself is beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. The toilets and showers are fantastic. Recycling bins on site are just a short walk away. We did use the games room on the evening of New Years Eve to have a couple of drinks with friends who came in their campervan which was great. This includes a Pool Table (bring some 50p coins), Table Football and a Dart Board. I did intend to do a bit of fishing, but the weather soon scuppered those plans. But all in all, great visit and definitely be back. Scott S - January 2025

Second stay this year. This time we stayed in Oyster Catcher for 2 weeks. Love the peacefulness of the place. Grounds maintained to a high standard. Lodge was amazing and best one we’ve ever stayed in with everything we needed. Hubby enjoyed fishing in the well stocked lake. Only a short drive for us from Nottingham so we will most definitely be visiting again and trying some of the other lodges! Great Management team too - so lovely, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Vicky Lowe - September 2024
Oyster Catcher Stay A real hidden gem! Accommodation was lovely and well equipped. The best placed lodge, right on the lake. Staff on site were super friendly and approachable. Plenty of bird life and fish came up to to say hello! Definitely will return for a week’s R&R! Well done. Mary E - September 2024

Superb place, nice open fields, horses, ponds and fishes around, great toilets and shower facilities too. Everything you need to recharge your battery! The camping pod was lovely & cosy, the fridge/kettle are excellent additions, The toilets are shared showers/toilets but we never had a problem & the campsite was busy when we stayed. I’d highly recommend the pods! Emma - September 2022

A warm welcome from John & Kelly always make us feel as though we're coming home. The site and facilities are better presented and maintained than most sites in UK. Well done to you both and see you again soon. Anne & Steve Cooper. Anne Cooper - December 2020
We stayed in one of the lodges and had a fantastic time! John is very welcoming and the accommodation is very clean. There are lots of facilities and it is very comfortable. The location is great and easy to get to and offers great access to lots of activities (which would have been easier for us if not for Covid). Local supermarkets are all easy to get too with a 10 minute or less drive. Andrew Pescod - November 2020

Thank you so much John and Kelly, we have had a fantastic time staying at UK leisure park. We found this site by accident, but could not believe how beautiful, peaceful and so very friendly. The fishing is great with huge fish I couldn't keep my husband away. Will definitely be going back very soon. Toilet facilities are clean and warm. The beautiful ground are kept fantastic, John's always on his mower or chatting with the campers they are also very helpful when needed. Jane Cole - March 2020
